Payments
• Payments may be made as a Direct deposit or via PayPal.
• All lessons- Individual and Group lessons must be paid within seven (7) days from the date of invoice.
• If payments are late, three notices will be given, once per week following the initial notice. If payment remains outstanding, you will be contacted directly, and a formal letter of demand will be sent. If payment remains outstanding the service of a Debt Collection Agency will be engaged. The Agency will contact you in an effort to help resolve the outstanding fee.
Cancellations
• Any cancellation made less than 24 hours before the appointed time will incur the full fee of the lesson.
• If cancellation is necessary due to sickness/emergency and 24 hours’ notice or more is not possible, please advise as soon as practicable so that a rescheduled lesson can be arranged.

Privacy & Confidentiality
Your privacy and confidentiality are of paramount importance to Melody Lane. Melody Lane abides by the Privacy Acts below.

Health & Safety
-Melody Lane abides by the WHS Occupational Health and Safety Act 2004.
-Melody Lane has a COVID Safe plan which students will read and sign before commencing lessons.
